01What you purchase
Creator provides 30 minutes for ₱199; Pro provides 70 minutes for ₱399. Each new pass is a one-time 30-day pass paid through PayMongo’s QR Ph checkout. There is no automatic renewal or automatic deduction. The total payable price is shown before payment.
Access begins from the confirmed payment time. A checkout redirect or a scanned QR alone is not proof of payment. Activation depends on verified payment confirmation. Check your account before paying again if confirmation is delayed.
During an active Creator pass, upgrading to Pro costs ₱200 (₱399 minus ₱199). The allowance increases from 30 to 70 minutes while preserving usage already consumed and any purchased top-ups. Active Creator and Pro passes can also purchase 10 extra minutes for ₱79. Upgrades and top-ups keep the original pass expiration date and apply only after verified payment. Unused minutes expire with the pass and do not roll over. A new 30-day pass can be purchased after expiry. Upgrades and top-ups are unavailable in the last 30 minutes of a pass to allow time for QR payment confirmation.
02How generation uses minutes
Successful generations use the generated audio duration, rounded up to the next second. Retakes are new generations and also count. A temporary reservation may reduce your available balance while a job is processing.
A confirmed failed generation releases its reservation. If the provider accepted a request but its final outcome is uncertain, the job may need review before the balance can be corrected. Closing the browser or cancelling your wait does not necessarily stop a submitted generation; a successful result can still use minutes.
Recorded previews and the exact bundled default sample do not consume a paid allowance. Changing any script or control makes a new custom request.
03Payment errors and refund requests
Contact support for duplicate charges, payments that did not grant the purchased access, incorrect usage deductions, or a service that materially failed to provide what was purchased. We will review the payment and generation records and arrange an appropriate correction, restoration of minutes, or refund where warranted or required by law.
Voice preferences, a change of mind, unused minutes, and downloaded or already consumed generations are assessed under the published goodwill terms and applicable consumer law. This policy does not remove mandatory remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered services.
Refund requests for completely unused passes may be submitted within seven days of payment.
04How to request a review
Use the Billing or refund request on Contact & Requests. Include your account email, transaction reference, payment date, amount, and a short explanation. For a generation issue, include the generation reference and approximate time if available. Never send your bank password, wallet PIN, or OTP.
Refund requests are reviewed by support. An approved refund may involve adjusting the related remaining allowance. The return method and timing depend on the payment channel and provider. Support will confirm the available refund method and expected timing.
You retain any complaint and dispute options provided by applicable law or your payment provider. A support request does not waive them.
05Cancellation and service changes
Because passes do not automatically renew, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service or decline to buy another pass. Requesting account closure does not by itself reverse a completed payment.
If service access is materially interrupted or discontinued during a paid pass, contact support for a review of the unused entitlement and any remedies required by law. Future pricing changes do not retrospectively change a completed purchase.
